Little Things I Have Been Loving

Hey lovelies, it has been a long time since I did a favourite post. I have some beauty products, a new favourite fragrance, and some other bits and bobs. I love sharing favourite things with my friends.  It’s just so exciting! 🙂 Replica Beach Walk EDT Maison Margiela I can’t tell you enough how much I love this one. It has become my every day scent since I bought it. It’s light, refreshing, and warm. It’s the smell of summer breeze and feeling of the afternoon sun on your skin. The coconut scent takes me to the golden sand beach every time when I wear it. I guess that’s why it’s called “Beach Walk“. It makes me feel cosy and relaxed. Buxom Cosmetic Big & Sexy Bold Gel Lipstick – Burning Desire I came across this lipstick about a month ago. As it’s still winter here in Australia, I always love a bold red lippy in the cold season. It’s really long-lasting and lightweight. The lipstick is super pigmented. I love the satin finish. I …

2016 favourites | Makeup

Happy holidays, guys! It’s almost the end of the 2016. Time flies. New Year is just around the corner. I hope you are enjoying the festive period, getting some rest, doing the things you love with your family, and sharing some good laughs. I was doing my annual reorganisation for pretty much everything at home. Some of things will have to go. Some of the things I will keep for a long time. Since it’s the end of the year, I would love to share some of my makeup favourites in this year with you. Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Eye Shadow Palette – Neutral and bright tone eye shadows in heart shape pan ( I surrendered already when I saw it). The chocolate smell is divine. The eye shadows are very pigmented and versatile. I have been using it for a long time. It still looks like untouched. It Cosmetics Your Skin but Better CC cream – I did a brief review for this CC cream. It’s my everyday go-to in the summer. It has …

Hourglass vanish seamless foundation stick |Review

Personally, I think the most important part of makeup is the foundation. A good foundation helps to prepare your skin to have a good base for the makeup. For me, a good base means natural looking and even skin tone. Once you have established that, the rest should be easy for a everyday life, a little bit of lip gloss, a red lipstick, a full faced makeup or just some mascara. You will still look more put together, even you just run out of the door with a lip balm in your pocket. It sounds so simple, but actually not. Finding the right foundation is quite a tricky business. The color needs to match your skin tone. The texture has to suit your skin type. Coverage should be good enough. The ingredients must not irritate your skin. A good foundation will compliment your skin condition, not emphasize the fine lines, clog the skin or make you look like you have a thick layer of plaster on the face. I have very dry skin and hyper-pigmentation on …
