How to Choose Between Laser Skincare Options

Have you ever considered Laser Skincare Options for your skin problems? I know I have. I am still considering Laser treatment for the stubborn pigmentation on my cheeks. Few skincare procedures are anywhere near as well-known as laser treatments. Yet, many people still don’t fully understand how laser treatments work or how one laser device varies from another. You must have an understanding of those things before you can choose between laser skincare options for anti-aging and properly treat your skin concerns. A Comparison of Ablative and Non-Ablative Laser Devices Traditional laser treatments are typically thought of as ablative (treating the skin’s surface) and non-ablative (treating deeper skin layers). While non-ablative treatments typically have no impact on the epidermis, or outer skin layer, ablative treatments can either focus on the surface or impact multiple skin layers, depending on their intensity and purpose. An ablative laser device often strips away surface skin cells, many of which are already dead. It can also help to unblock pores by removing debris that would otherwise clog them. In addition …

Looking For the Best Dry Shampoo

Happy Monday! To be honest, it is actually my least favourite day of the week. I guess there is no surprise there. Somehow, Monday is the day that I always have more stress and more unexpected incidents. I hope my Monday has more than 24 hours so that I get more things done. Anyway, lately, I am resolved to take better care of my hair. I wash my hair everyday although I know it’s not very good for the hair. It’s probably part of the reason of my crazy frizzy hair. I am going to try to wash hair less often. However, I still want clean looked hair. I am thinking I probably should try dry shampoo. It looks like it can keep my hair clean enough between washes. Plus, it will save so much time from washing and blow drying. A win-win! Dry shampoo has been on the market for a while. There are so many brands offering dry shampoo products now. The options can be quite overwhelming. It would be wise to do some research …

Odacite Hyperpigmentation Serum Concentrate (Papaya+Geranium) |Review

If you have been following me for a while, you probably know I have hyperpigmentation problem. I am a little bit paranoia about sun damage, and I am very keen to try out products that claim to solve pigmentation problem. I came across Odacite Hyperpigmentation Papaya Geranium Serum Concentrate a while ago from cultbeauty.co.uk. When I got a voucher from them, I decided to spend on this one. Odacite products are all made in California. No Fillers, parabens, Nanoparticles, Petrochemicals, PEG, Synthetic perfumes, Dyes or Phenoxyethanol. In other words, it’s a clean brand. Their serum concentrates are super concentrate pure plant products. The idea behind it is customizing the product to different skin concerns. I do like the idea. What they say about the product: “Dark spot corrector formulated to fade brown spots and prevent the apparition of further skin pigmentation. Papaya fruit enzymes dissolve dead skin cells unveiling a fresh and more even-toned glow. Geranium and Lemon oils combine to further encourage a more evened-out skin tone and provide wrinkle reduction. In aromatherapy, Geranium oil is known …

Kiehl’s Smoothing Oil-Infused Leave-in Concentrate | Review

Hey guys, happy Wednesday! I hope you have had a good week so far. When it comes to hair, I am pretty ignorant. I trim and colour my hair on a regular basis, and I do hair treatment weekly at home. That’s it. I am guilty for blow dry my hair very often. My hair is really frizzy, especially at the front. Really bad! Lately, I picked up Kiehl’s Smoothing Oil-Infused Leave-in Concentrate from a shopping trip. I have been interested in trying out Kiehl’s hair products for a while, but never got around to do it. The leave-in concentrate is my first. What they say about the product: ” Weightless and versitile oil concentrate nourishes and smoothes hair while achieving a soft and shiny finish. …provides smoothing for all hair types; product may be used on damp hair as a nourishing and smoothing treatment and styling aid, or on dry hair as a weightless finisher for softness and shine. Formulated with Argan oil and Babassu oil extracted from Brazilian palm trees, treatment instantly transforms hair to …

Last day of July! I have no idea how and where July has gone. I still remember how I felt when it was January…All right, that’s enough. Let’s look forward. Today I want to present you the Milk & Co face cleanser, It’s not a new product, but it’s new to me. I have been using it nonstop lately. Although I had another post planned, I just love this one too much that I have to tell you all about it. 🙂 I don’t particular like foaming cleanser since I have dry skin. However, I was surprised by this one. I fell in love right away when I used it for the first time. Who can blame me? You will love the smell of this cleanser. It does not dry out my skin, and it has 95% naturally derived ingredients. What they say about it: “A natural based foaming cleanser to clear away the day and get you ready for the next.  With scents of essential geranium oil, ylang ylang and extracts of hibiscus flower …

Aesop Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating Cream | Review

Such a windy today. I am sitting in my little study. I can hear the wind roaring. Lucky, I have a day off. I can hide in my cosy room and watch the tree branches sway and the leaves dance in the wind. I have never been a fan for a windy winter day. It just make my dry skin feel even more drying. Foundation wouldn’t stay put. Then, everything else would become a disaster. Last year, I started using Aesop Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating Cream during winter. It has become my holy grail winter day cream ever since. I don’t remember how I came across this cream, but I have been loving it. I know it’s not a new product, but I would recommend it for the ones who have dry skin to try it. Aesop claims Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating cream is “ a nourishing daily moisturising cream for dry or sensitive skin. The complex blend of nut and plant extracts in this extensively researched formulation absorbs swiftly, providing anti-oxidant fortification and richly nourishing hydration …

My favourite red lipsticks

Happy Monday, lovelies! I know, I know. Monday is not always the happiest day of the week. So let’s talk about something that can cheer up the mood a bit. I am thinking red lipsticks. 🙂 I was reorganising my makeup drawer during the weekend. You know the drill. Some must go, and some can stay. We should always do a regular clean-up of our makeup/skincare drawers because you don’t want to use expired products on your skin. They will only do more harm than good.  Here are my favourite red lipsticks. 1.Lancome L’Absolu Rouge Lipstick – 132 Caprice This one is reasonable new. I got it about three weeks ago. Very hydrating, pigmented, creamy and long lasting. I love the texture on my dry lips. The colour is a gorgeous blue toned red with a satin finish. Love the packaging too. 2. Nars Velvet Lip Glide – Le Palace I have done a review about this one. You can find it here. Very light texture, non-sticky and smooth. The colour payoff is super good. It …

Hello, lovelies! Anther Monday, another week. I hope all of you had a great weekend, no matter where you are. 🙂 I have been using the Sukin Micellar Cleansing Water for quite a while. I think it’s time for me to write a review about it. In general, I love micellar water. I use it to remove my makeup every night before I wash my face with a gel or a cream cleanser. RMK Clear Cleansing Milk | Review

Hello lovelies! I hope you are having a wonderful day! I have been using this cleansing milk for a while. So I thought I probably should write a review about it. I would consider RMK a Japanese brand since its laboratories are all in Japan from what I heard. I really want to try their liquid foundation. RMK claims this cleansing milk can “soften the outermost layer of our skin (mostly dead cells), eliminate the makeup, sebum and those stubborn old cells that most cleansers struggle to cope with. It reveals a clearer, brighter and more luminous skin. With its mild texture it smoothly lifts away makeup and rinses off easily, leaving a good balance of moisture. Enjoy its sweet relaxing scent of orange vanilla while the tips of your fingers gently restore enviably clear skin.” Key Ingredients: To be honest, I have had a hard to time to find the ingredients on their website.  It didn’t say much on the bottle, and I threw away the packaging long time ago. 😦 Milk Derivative* (Moisturizing) Apricot Extract (Moisturizing) …
