Emma Hardie Amazing Face Age Support Face Cream | Review

Hey everyone, just a quick skin care product review today. I would like to talk about Emma Hardie Amazing Face Age Support Face Cream in this post. I have been using it as my night cream for a while. So I guess it’s time to share. It’s an UK brand. So it’s not easy to get it in Australia. I bought it from cultbeauty website from UK. Then, I found ASOS is selling products from this brand as well. I kinda like their principle to develop products that can help firm and plump skin without using harsh ingredients. I used to think I don’t care about the chemical ingredients as long as it works on my skin. However, lately, I have become more and more interested in skin care products with natural or healthy ingredients. Certainly, it has to deliver what I want. What they say about it: “An intense super-hydrating and lifting treatment creme that helps to give the skin back its youthful glow. A powerful blend of marine and botanical extracts combined with …

Mecca Max Chic Cheek Blush & Game Face BB Cream|First Impression

Hey lovelies, I hope you are having an amazing day! Last week, I went to my local Mecca Maxima shop. Just in case you don’t know what the shop is. It is an Australian owned beauty shop. It looks like they have two types of shop that are carrying different beauty brands. One is focusing on beauty products, called Mecca Maxima. The other one is focusing on luxury brands, called Mecca Cosmetica. Although I don’t quite get the concept behind this, I do notice one probably has more fragrance brands. Anyway,  they do have most of the beauty brands available in store. They just launched their own makeup line, called Mecca Max. I think most likely they are only sold in Australia and New Zealand. I picked up two products that I am interested, the Game face BB cream SPF 30 in medium and Chic Cheek blush in Gold glow. Game face BB cream SPF 30 – medium (AUD $26) What they say about this product: “This is no average BB, this is the BB …

Milk & Co Face Cleanser | Review

Last day of July! I have no idea how and where July has gone. I still remember how I felt when it was January…All right, that’s enough. Let’s look forward. Today I want to present you the Milk & Co face cleanser, It’s not a new product, but it’s new to me. I have been using it nonstop lately. Although I had another post planned, I just love this one too much that I have to tell you all about it. 🙂 I don’t particular like foaming cleanser since I have dry skin. However, I was surprised by this one. I fell in love right away when I used it for the first time. Who can blame me? You will love the smell of this cleanser. It does not dry out my skin, and it has 95% naturally derived ingredients. What they say about it: “A natural based foaming cleanser to clear away the day and get you ready for the next.  With scents of essential geranium oil, ylang ylang and extracts of hibiscus flower …

Aesop Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating Cream | Review

Such a windy today. I am sitting in my little study. I can hear the wind roaring. Lucky, I have a day off. I can hide in my cosy room and watch the tree branches sway and the leaves dance in the wind. I have never been a fan for a windy winter day. It just make my dry skin feel even more drying. Foundation wouldn’t stay put. Then, everything else would become a disaster. Last year, I started using Aesop Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating Cream during winter. It has become my holy grail winter day cream ever since. I don’t remember how I came across this cream, but I have been loving it. I know it’s not a new product, but I would recommend it for the ones who have dry skin to try it. Aesop claims Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating cream is “ a nourishing daily moisturising cream for dry or sensitive skin. The complex blend of nut and plant extracts in this extensively researched formulation absorbs swiftly, providing anti-oxidant fortification and richly nourishing hydration …

Sukin Micellar Cleansing Water |Review

Hello, lovelies! Anther Monday, another week. I hope all of you had a great weekend, no matter where you are. 🙂 I have been using the Sukin Micellar Cleansing Water for quite a while. I think it’s time for me to write a review about it. In general, I love micellar water. I use it to remove my makeup every night before I wash my face with a gel or a cream cleanser. If you have never heard about the brand. It’s an Australian natural skin care brand. The company promotes affordable skincare product that “doesn’t cost the earth”. All their products are vegan, cruelty free and made from naturally derived ingredients. RMK Clear Cleansing Milk | Review

Hello lovelies! I hope you are having a wonderful day! I have been using this cleansing milk for a while. So I thought I probably should write a review about it. I would consider RMK a Japanese brand since its laboratories are all in Japan from what I heard. I really want to try their liquid foundation. RMK claims this cleansing milk can “soften the outermost layer of our skin (mostly dead cells), eliminate the makeup, sebum and those stubborn old cells that most cleansers struggle to cope with. It reveals a clearer, brighter and more luminous skin. With its mild texture it smoothly lifts away makeup and rinses off easily, leaving a good balance of moisture. Enjoy its sweet relaxing scent of orange vanilla while the tips of your fingers gently restore enviably clear skin.” Key Ingredients: To be honest, I have had a hard to time to find the ingredients on their website.  It didn’t say much on the bottle, and I threw away the packaging long time ago. 😦 Milk Derivative* (Moisturizing) Apricot Extract (Moisturizing) …

Kao Steam Eye Mask | Review

Hey guys, happy Friday! Another week is gone. Can you believe it’s already June! I found this newly opened Japanese shop when I was doing my grocery shopping last week. Of course, I had to pick up few things. This box of  Kao steam eye mask was one of them. I had heard about it before, and I was very curious. Kao says the mask warms up gradually to  40°C once it’s taken out of the pouch. Steam is produced by the heat. Ear straps are attached to the eye mask on both side. There are options of unscented and scented eye masks (lavender-sage, rose, fresh rose, Yuzu aroma, and chamomile-ginger). It says it can relieve tired eyes. I purchased the one without scent. It was AUD 20 for one box which contains 14 individual packed eye masks. I am sure it’s much cheaper in Japan. The eye mask is disposable. If you don’t mind the scent, I think the lavender-sage could be very relaxing. It also mentions that all the scent is made from natural …

Nars Charlotte Gainsbourg Collection Multiple Tint|Review

Happy Friday, everyone! Time for our beauty dose for the week. I have a review for Nars Charlottle Gainsbourg collection multiple tint – Jo. The colour is a light almost transparent pink colour. Since it’s a multiple, it can be used on your cheeks, lips and eyes. Charlotte Gainsbourg is a British-French actress and singer, born in London and raised in Pairs. All the photos that I have seen, she always has the minimalist look. I like the way she pairs smokey eyes with natural lips. From an interview, she mentioned the multiple tints are her favourites in the whole collection. What Nars says about this product? “Rush of blush. Rosy moments and risqué memories captured in a limited-edition formula inspired by Charlotte Gainsbourg’s story and signature style. NARS’ iconic multipurpose stick for lips and cheeks goes fresh and dewy in the new Multiple Tint. Delivers a natural-looking wash of color infused with Vitamin E to support skin vitality and bamboo sap to help blur imperfections. Three vibrant shades and a sheer finish evoke Gainsbourg’s effortless French …

Hey loves, happy Friday! Today I am gonna talk about Urban Decay naked skin colour correcting fluid. I have the colour peach. I know a lot of you love Urban Decay naked skin weightless concealer. I have to say I am not. My go-to concealer is BareMinerals complete coverage serum concealer. I found the UD concealer is too heavy on my very dry skin. Its pearlescent pigments can diffuse light on your skin. It also has vitamin C and E to nourish and protect the skin.
