You probably noticed that I have been trying out more and more vegan, environment friendly beauty products. Sukin is an Australian vegan, cruelty free, natural skin care brand. I have tried quite a few products from them, shower gel, shampoo, hydration mist, Micellar cleansing water (bit disappointed by this one) and so on. All the ingredients they use for their products are naturally derived, which is super healthy and environmentally sustainable. The bonus is that pretty much all the products are very affordable.
Today, I have another review of Sukin products, Moisture Restoring Night Cream. Since I have dry skin, hydration has always been my top priority when it comes to skin care product. I have used this one for a while. I think it’s a perfect night cream for dry skin in a summer time.
What they say about this product:
“nourishes the skin while you sleep through a blend of Rosehip, Evening Primrose and Jojoba Oils. Added Vitamin E, Borage and Avocado Oils replenish the skin’s moisture barrier while improving the texture, leaving skin feeling soft and rejuvenated.”
100% vegan, 100% carbon neutral, no animal testing, no parabens, no mineral oils, no synthetic fragrances.
Key Ingredients:
Rosehip Oil – Antioxidant, brightening, hydration, anti-ageing, firming, even out skin tone
Avocado Oil – hydration, calming, protect skin from harsh environment
Borage Oil – hydration, perfect for sensitive skin.
Vitamin E – antioxidant, anti-ageing,
My experience:
- Usage: After cleansing at night, I use cotton bud to get some product out from the jar and massage into my face.
- Scent: Quite light scent. I can’t quite pinpoint what exactly the smell is. It’s most likely from the natural oil ingredients.
- Packaging: comes in a heavy brown glass jar.
- Price: AUD 20.99/120ml

Great review! I personally love heavier moisturisers for night use so this probably wouldn’t be for me xx

If you have dry skin and like heavier one, it’s probably not enough. If you have normal or combination skin, it’s probably heavy enough. Thanks for stopping by, hun. xx
