Sukin Moisture Restoring Night Cream| Review

You probably noticed that I have been trying out more and more vegan, environment friendly beauty products. Sukin is an Australian vegan, cruelty free, natural skin care brand. I have tried quite a few products from them, shower gel, shampoo, hydration mist, Micellar cleansing water (bit disappointed by this one) and so on. All the ingredients they use for their products are naturally derived, which is super healthy and environmentally sustainable. The bonus is that pretty much all the products are very affordable.

Today, I have another review of Sukin products, Moisture Restoring Night Cream. Since I have dry skin, hydration has always been my top priority when it comes to skin care product. I have used this one for a while. I think it’s a perfect night cream for dry skin in a summer time.

My experience:

  • Usage: After cleansing at night, I use cotton bud to get some product out from the jar and massage into my face.
  • Scent: Quite light scent. I can’t quite pinpoint what exactly the smell is. It’s most likely from the natural oil ingredients.
  • Packaging: comes in a heavy brown glass jar.
  • Price: AUD 20.99/120ml
The Verdict:
It’s a light cream, not thick or heavy. The scent is also light and gentle. I like how fast my skin absorbs the cream. It doesn’t leave any greasy feeling on my face. A little goes a long way. I’m very happy to use it every night in the summer time. In the morning, my skin feels very well hydrated and soft.
I don’t think it’s enough for me during the cold season though. My skin is quite dry. I would need a heavier night cream in winter. However, I am happy  to repurchase this one anytime during the summer.

    • If you have dry skin and like heavier one, it’s probably not enough. If you have normal or combination skin, it’s probably heavy enough. Thanks for stopping by, hun. xx
