Happy Monday!
To be honest, it is actually my least favourite day of the week. I guess there is no surprise there. Somehow, Monday is the day that I always have more stress and more unexpected incidents. I hope my Monday has more than 24 hours so that I get more things done.
Anyway, lately, I am resolved to take better care of my hair. I wash my hair everyday although I know it’s not very good for the hair. It’s probably part of the reason of my crazy frizzy hair. I am going to try to wash hair less often. However, I still want clean looked hair. I am thinking I probably should try dry shampoo. It looks like it can keep my hair clean enough between washes. Plus, it will save so much time from washing and blow drying. A win-win!
Dry shampoo has been on the market for a while. There are so many brands offering dry shampoo products now. The options can be quite overwhelming. It would be wise to do some research before I purchase any. After reading quite few reviews, I found a pretty comprehensive review, called The Best Dry Shampoo. Apparently, it compared 54 products on the market.
According to the article, a good dry shampoo should be able to “soak up oil, leave pleasant smell, add volume and bounce, and help prolong of a blowout“. That makes sense. These really should be the quality of a dry shampoo I am after.
There are two dry shampoo products I am keen to try.
- The best dry shampoo they picked is Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk, which is one of the options I am considering. I have read good reviews about it. I know not every brand offers dry shampoo for dark hair, but they have a dry shampoo for brown to dark hair.
- The other one I am interested in is Batiste Dry Shampoo in Divine Dark. The Dry shampoo original was mentioned in the review. It says the original one “freshens and volumizes hair effortless“. I assume the Divine Dark probably has same or similar formula.
Have you tried any dry shampoo? What’s your favourite one? Leave your comments below. I would love to hear from you.
