Hey everyone, just a quick skin care product review today.
I would like to talk about Emma Hardie Amazing Face Age Support Face Cream in this post. I have been using it as my night cream for a while. So I guess it’s time to share.
It’s an UK brand. So it’s not easy to get it in Australia. I bought it from cultbeauty website from UK. Then, I found ASOS is selling products from this brand as well. I kinda like their principle to develop products that can help firm and plump skin without using harsh ingredients. I used to think I don’t care about the chemical ingredients as long as it works on my skin. However, lately, I have become more and more interested in skin care products with natural or healthy ingredients. Certainly, it has to deliver what I want.
What they say about it:
“An intense super-hydrating and lifting treatment creme that helps to give the skin back its youthful glow. A powerful blend of marine and botanical extracts combined with natural peptides from Avocado and the antioxidant properties from Edelweiss stem cells help to lift, tighten and plump the skin. The Natural Polymatrix Algae Film Extract helps to lift the skin for a more plump, healthier skin glow. The natural oils of Moringa, Evening Primrose and Rose Hip nourish, moisture and sooth the skin whilst Vitamin E protects the skin from toxins and pollution. The moisturising effects of Hyaluronic acid and Hyaluronic Acid Filling Spheres soothes, hydrates and plumps the skin whilst Collageneer gives the skin it’s firmness and elasticity”

- Usage: A little goes a long way. I just need to use a very small amount of product after I wash my face.
- Scent: It does have scent that is on the strong side. I feel quite hard to describe it since it’s a blend of many different essential oils, probably very citrus. Personally, I don’t mind it.
- Texture: Very light, but rich. Not greasy.
- Packaging: Comes in a plastic jar.
- Price: 50 ml – AUD 59.00 from ASOS.
I like it for sure! First of all, it’s not greasy. It has quite interesting texture. It’s very light. When I apply it on my face, it feels wet. Then, the product is absorbed quickly by my skin. My skin is definitely well hydrated. I like the way my skin looks in the morning, fresh, hydrated and a little bit glowy.
It sits well under my makeup too. I have tried few times to use it as a day cream. Mind you that I have very dry skin.
Overall, I think I quite like it as my night cream at the moment. It takes care of my skin in the cold season. I am still using Aesop hydrating cream as my day cream. About the anti-ageing part, I guess it’s way too early to say anything about it. If it’s super amazing for anti-ageing, I will certainty let you know. 😉
Till next time. xx
