My first Travel Tag! 😀

Big thank you to rebbit7 for tagging me. This is very exciting! I love travelling. It always makes me feel excited. I know I am going to see new places, meet new people, try different food,  and experience new things and different culture.

Just came back from a week-long road trip to Tasmania. I totally feel exhausted with all the driving, but it’s perfect timing to do a travel tag post!

I am thrilled to have been tagged by rebbit7 . I have been a long time follower for her blog. She writes about travel, poetry and many other interesting contents. I always find her posts inspiring.

Now, let’s get on with the questions.  🙂

1. WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE YOU HAVE VISITED?

Hmm. That’s a hard question to answer. I got few favourite places I love, British virgin island, Malta and Greece.

2. IF YOU COULD VISIT ANYWHERE TOMORROW, WHERE WOULD YOU PICK?

Probably Tibet. I have had it on my list for a very long long time.  I still haven’t found the chance to go. So why not tomorrow if I can.

3. WOULD YOU RATHER GO ON A CITY HOLIDAY OR A BEACH HOLIDAY?

Why can’t I have both?! Ahhh! If I really have to choose, I am happy to have a beach holiday. There are a lot of things I can do on a beach, beach fishing (new game for me), having a nice long walk on the beach, reading a good book, or having a dip in the water.

4. WHAT ARE 3 OF YOUR HOLIDAY ESSENTIALS?

My phone – easy to understand for this one, I guess. It’s just convenient and essential to have all the information together in one place. I need GPS as well.

A pair of comfortable shoes: I like to walk a lot when I travel. Comfortable shoes are must-have.

My camera: I know I can use phone to take photos, but I really love my camera. I can’t bear the thought that I go for a trip without taking it with me.

5. ARE YOU AN OVER-PACKER OR AN UNDER-PACKER?

Over-packer for sure. I like to pack base on the destination and things we plan to do. Then, I will pack some extra clothes and shoes, just in case I need them for emergency or an unexpected occasion.

6. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT GOING ON HOLIDAYS?

Too many favourite things, seeing new things, trying new food, experiencing new culture, learning new history, meeting new people. Or just spending some quality time with my husband.

7. WHAT IS ONE PLACE YOU WOULD NEVER WANT TO VISIT?

I don’t really think I have one place in the world that I would never want to visit. I want to see as many places as I can, if I can. However, I would want to avoid any place where is a war zone or just not safe to travel to. I can wait and save it for later.

8. WHO WOULD YOU RATHER GO ON A HOLIDAY WITH, FAMILY OR FRIENDS?

I don’t think I have preference. I like to go with family or friends. However, the things we do on a holiday might be slightly different. For example, I just had a trip with my mom. She is over 70 years old. Certainly, we didn’t go hiking on a mountain. It would be impossible. If I go with my friends, we will definitely go hiking if there is a mountain with great views. I think it doesn’t matter who I go on with on a holiday.  There are always plenty of things we can enjoy along the way.

9. WHAT IS THE MOST ADVENTUROUS DISH YOU HAVE TRIED FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY?

Hmm…I have the feeling that I do have some adventurous experience for food, but I can’t remember any right now. It might come to me later…. 🙂
