I am sure everyone knows about K-beauty/Korean beauty trend.  My friends sent me some Etude House products lately. Etude House always has playful and cute design for their packaging. When she said she sent me these, I was so excited. They really are super cute! Here they are.

Etude House My Castle Hand Cream  – Forever Rose

Look at the packaging! How cute it is! I know Etude House’s products always have girly packaging, but this is incredibly cute as a hand cream. I have never had such an adorable hand cream. It’s going to stay on my dressing table forever. 🙂

This hand cream is from their My Castle Hand Cream range. There are totally four of them, Pink Wish, Ice Frozen, Forever Rose and Sweet Cookie. This one is Forever Rose. The hand cream has a very light purple color. The scent is kind of sweet rose scent, but not overwhelming. It’s like the fresh smell from the baby roses, not the full body rose smell. It’s very pleasant. The quality is surprisingly good. It absorbs very well on my hands after I apply it. My hands stay moisturised. I don’t have to reapply very often.

Etude House Real Blusher Cushion

The cushion makeup originates from Korea. Korean likes dewy, flawless and natural looking skin. If you have tried any cushion products, you probably would agree with me that they are easy to use and convenient to carry around with you to touch up as you go. Some people say the tapping method when applying the cushion foundation does less harm to your skin than smearing or pulling method. It does make sense to me.

The color of this cushion blusher is coral. The packaging is the standard cushion type. It comes in a click open compact with a puff sponge and a mirror inside. The scent is sweet and faintly floral.

After I dabbed the cushion into the blusher and tapped on my cheeks, the color just melt in my skin. The finish was actually matte which surprised me. I was expecting a dewy finish. I still like it though. It’s not super pigmented but buildable, perfect for daily use. The coral and pinkish finish would suit every skintone.

Etude House Kissable Lip Smooth Care

The last one is the Kissable Lip Smooth Care. It comes in a little cute tube. It’s really small, only 10g. However, I think it will last for a while since you only need a tiny amount on the lips. The key ingredient is fine grains of sugar. Just apply it on your lips, massage and wash it away with warm water. I used a damp towel to wipe it off.

My lips are dry all the time. After using this, my lips feel soft and moist. The texture is gel like with the sugar crystal. It’s quite efficient to remove the dead skin on the lips. It has a sweet peach scent.

I accidentally licked my lips before washing it off. It’s bitter. Highly recommend not to taste it when you use the scrub. Obviously, it’s not an organic product. I wouldn’t be surprised that there are chemicals in it. Other than that, I think it’s quite a nice little lip scrub.
